Information you share
If you fill out the website inquiry form, you may provide your name, email, business name, project needs, target timeline, and other information you choose to share.
Why it is collected
Website inquiry information is used to review your request, communicate with you about the possible project, provide a quote, and arrange next steps if you choose to move forward. The inquiry form is not an email newsletter signup.
How the form works
Form submissions are processed and stored using Netlify Forms when this website is hosted and Forms detection is enabled. Netlify provides the infrastructure for handling inquiries. Hosting providers may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry details are not sold. Information may be shared with services required to deliver the website or manage communications. Inquiries will be retained only as reasonably needed for communication, project records, and applicable business or legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you've submitted, subject to applicable requirements, by sending a new inquiry through the contact form and referencing your earlier message.
Maintenance agreement requests
If you complete the optional maintenance agreement form, we also receive your website address, business name, requested billing preference, typed acknowledgment, date, and your confirmation of the displayed terms. We use this information to review and document your request and coordinate a separate Square invoice if you choose to proceed. We do not collect payment card details through the website forms.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated if the website adds new services, analytics, email tools, or other functionality. Any material change should be reflected on this page.

Project agreement acknowledgments
When you submit a website design agreement acknowledgment, we collect the name, email address, business/project details, quote reference, selected package, date, typed acknowledgment, and consent choices to document the project agreement and respond to your request.
