Our payment process
Here's how it works.
There is no charge to ask a question or request a project quote. Once we've agreed on the scope and terms, payment happens directly through Square.
Sign, then pay securely
After accepting the Website Design Agreement, the matching Square checkout opens. Self-Publish packages are paid in full; Done-for-You packages collect a 50% design deposit. The optional final 50% launch balance is invoiced separately.
Receive files or launch
Self-Publish customers receive the approved website ZIP and a printable publishing guide. Done-for-You customers can pay the balance for managed launch, or decline launch and receive their design ZIP with no final payment due.
Already received a personal Square invoice for a custom project or final launch balance? Open the invoice in your email and choose Pay Invoice. Standard package checkout links appear after submitting the signed design agreement. Payment card details are handled by Square.
Before payment: Read the Website Design Agreement & Refund Policy. Earned custom design fees are intended to be non-refundable once work begins, subject to applicable law. Self-Publish is a fixed-price design service; Done-for-You separates the 50% upfront design payment from the optional 50% launch balance. Quote requests are free.

The remaining 50% is only billed if you choose professional launch services. A customer who chooses completed ZIP-only delivery handles their own publishing, domain connection, forms, and testing. Domain registration, hosting upgrades, email subscriptions, and extra features are separately billed when applicable.
Ongoing support
Monthly care, only if you want it.
Optional maintenance is $75 per month. After signing the Maintenance Agreement, Square provides a separate subscription checkout where you approve recurring billing. Nothing is charged merely by submitting the agreement.
